Presbyteries of the Synod
We all have much to share!
Synod Boundaries Map
The Synod Map, showing all of its presbyteries, will magnify with a click; click again to restore it to its place.
Social Networking in the Synod
The online connections that our presbyteries have established are linked in the Presbytery List, at left below the menu bar. These connections thus far include websites, Facebook pages, Twitter accounts, and blogs. If your presbytery adds an online networking source please notify Fried Wilson in the Synod Office so that he can arrange for an update to this page.
Interactive Maps of Each Presbytery's Churches Can Be Developed
The Synod is now able to offer each of its presbyteries an interactive Google map that will show the presbytery's churches on a map and will include contact information and driving directions for each of those churches. We have completed maps for two of the presbyteries; please look at the examples at left in the Presbytery List to see how they work. The data used to create each map comes from the church information already on each presbytery's website. If you would like this map created for your presbytery, please contact FRIED IN THE SYNOD OFFICE so that he can make the arrangements. Presbyteries are welcome to use the link that will be generated on their own websites if that would be useful. There is, of course, no charge for this service.
Presbytery iPhone WebApp Is Available
For those Synod members who use iPhones, all of the churches within the Synod are already included on the SYNOD'S IPHONE WEBAPP. Churches are organized alphabetically within each presbytery. Once the WebApp is installed on the iPhone, the user may use the iPhone to e-mail, telephone, or obtain driving directions to each church. Everyone is welcome to use the link, but the layout works only on the iPhone.
Updates and Changes If you have information changes to make, please send an e-mail to Fried Wilson in the Synod Office with the particulars so that the database can be updated.
